{IAO} IEP Request Letter {$5}

Have you noticed your son or daughter having a tough time at school? Have you made it aware to the teacher and the principal but no one is taking it seriously? Would you like to speak to school professionals and make a plan with goals to fix the problem to help your son or daughter succeed, or would you like to speak to a professional to see if having your kiddo assessed for any learning disabilities would be a good idea? Maybe you should request an IEP. I pre-wrote this letter to make it easier for parents to request an IEP meeting. Just download it, change the names on the letters, and add the concerns you have for your child. Try to be specific and take it to your child's principal.
