This digital download is perfect for any parent. I originally made it for my special needs son, but after sharing with other parents, they all loved the idea. All kiddos have needs, whether they have a diagnosis or not. For example, a kiddo who is not behaving at school has a need, even if it is behavioral. This sheet can help his teachers understand him a bit more. Feel free to make any changes to the sheet, add your own pictures and your kiddos' info.
